VR virtual reality area
VR will allow after the theoretical course of lectures to get a visual representation of the units and assemblies studied in theory, their practical use on the example of BELAZ mining machinery systems and to consolidate knowledge and skills on laboratory stands.
In the virtual reality mode students will have an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the electrical and hydraulic systems of a dump truck.
BELAZ dump truck driving simulator
The simulator is designed for training dump truck drivers, improving and correcting the existing driving skills of drivers with different levels of training, as well as for professional development of employees in the profession of "Dump Truck Driver". The instructor has the ability to assign a wide range of tasks, control the process of passing the exercise, complicate the conditions of passing the exercise by changing weather conditions, setting emergency situations. The trainee has the opportunity to perform exercises, acting on the controls of the dump truck simulator, to participate in loading and unloading of rock and make a variety of maneuvers on the roads of the quarry. The software implements simulation of several models of dump trucks with the original controls, which together with the physics of the virtual world allows to bring the training of dump truck drivers closer to the real work to be done at the quarry.

Robotic mining equipment operator's workplace
The working place of operator of remotely controlled and autonomous mining equipment is designed to provide the possibility of remote control of loading and delivery complexes at mining enterprises and polygons of JSC BELAZ directly from the classroom of the laboratory "Intelligent Mining Production".
For training purposes, the RMI allows practicing the skills of management and control of remote-controlled and autonomous equipment operation, control of loading and delivery complexes plan fulfillment, interruption of complex operation in case of emergencies, manual activation of fire extinguishing system on an autonomous dump truck in cases when it was not activated automatically.
