Training and simulator complex "Explosion-proof automated process control system for conveyor transport" and "Control system for explosion-proof automated conveyor transport and loading and unloading machines".
The conveyor control bench allows the research of two types of conveyor speed control loops: conveyor speed control loop with vector control system with feedback and conveyor speed control loop with vector control system without feedback. The bench has a human-machine interface, which also needs to be developed during the laboratory work.

The filtration station combines a closed-loop control system with digital and analog sensors and actuators. The pressure control system is controlled via PLC and closed loop controller. The liquid to be filtered is delivered to the filter from the unfiltered liquid tank via a pump. During the washing process, the filter is completely filled with liquid and the particles are removed from the filter by means of compressed air.
